UNFORTUNATELY THIS EVENT HAS HAD TO BE CANCELLED – the Food group apologise to all those who were due to attend. The event will be rescheduled for the new year, when Sean Tennyson from East West bakery in Arundel will be leading a sourdough breadmaking workshop. Apologies again.
The Food group is holding a bread making workshop, Sat 6 December, from 11am–4pm, in the kitchen of the Brighton Unemployed Centre Families Project, at 6 Tilbury Place, Brighton, BN2 0GY (map). Donations welcome to cover costs.
The breadmaking will be led by Simon Parker of the Food Group. Please note this is not a drop-in workshop, you should arrive at 11am if you are wanting to make bread (please bring a loaf tin with you if you have one). There will be a film screening while our bread is rising.
Participants should also bring their own lunch or food to share (if the latter, vegan or veggie only please). For more info email Ann at food*at*transitionbrightonandhove.org.uk
