The next TB&H Liaison with Local Governmen Meeting is on Tuesday, 27th May 7 pm The George, Trafalgar Street. The Liaison Group welcomes the participation of co-ordinators/members of other TB&H Groups. Our AGENDA includes an item on the climate change strategy sub group and their proposed workshops on zero carbon. We would especially welcome the participation of a representative from TB&H's Energy Group at Tuesday's meeting. I notice that the Energy Group is also meeting on 27th. Possible scope for Liaison?

1. (a) feedback from last network meeting on (7 May) and
(b) our views on use of the new TBH forum (meeting 19 June) and rep of the Liaison with Local Gov group at those forum meetings
2. feedback from LSP (2020 Community Partnership) meeting 22nd- any follow up for us (presuming Joyce or Vicki can make it).
3. discussion specifically of TBH/LLG input into the One Planet Living plan and climate change strategy (dissecting the diagram and timetable at page 4 of Vicki’s attachment- the Chris Todd paper)- suggest we all bring the Chris Todd paper along on 27th
4.?? TBH representation or not at the OPL/zero carbon workshops – how to secure invites for TBH
5. The Local Area Agreement ( LSP agenda item 4)
I am happy to give this a a quick mention as there are links in to the sustainability partnership via the targets on resource efficiency plus other LAA targets of general interest to TBH ( like targets on transport- target 35 for example target on access to services and facilities by public transport, walking, cycling) I think TBH needs to keep an eye on the LAA process as indicators for the targets are to be set.
6. Update maybe from Vicki on the new cabinet structures/scrutiny committees – Vicki is on the overview and scrutiny committee i.e. one with sustainability within its remit.
7. 11 June Sustainability partnership meeting – who is going? Do we have any more info on new partnership at all?
